Hello,
Quick one.
Here are a few niches I run Amazon Ads on right now:
- Judge
- Funeral Director
- Nurse Practitioner
- Thrifting
- Bartender
- etc
You probably haven’t seen most of these on a “best niches for POD” list.
That’s the point.
Why tiny niches win
In tiny niches like these, I pay $0.30 to $0.80 per click.
In big niches like Mother, Father, or Daughter? It’s $2 to $5 a click.
The auction is quiet over here. No 300,000 sellers fighting for the same Top of Search slot.
I run around 100 to 500 of these campaigns at a time. Each one in its own tiny niche. Each with a tight bid cap that keeps the math safe.
The whole thing pulls around $1,500++ a month in passive sales. Takes me about 30 minutes a month to keep it running.
The Tiny Niche Method
That’s the strategy I just packed into my new course.
It’s called The Tiny Niche Method.
Fourteen lessons. Five modules.
Covers:
- the niche-picking rule
- the full list of niches I run on Amazon
- the exact campaign settings
- the bid cap rule
- the monthly check-in routine
- and the eight most common mistakes (with the exact fix for each)
(If you’re a PODtomatic member, it’s already sitting in your training portal at no extra cost. Just log in and read it.)

P.S. The strategy works best once you have at least 20,000 products in your Amazon catalog. That way each niche has enough variety for Amazon to find winners.
If you’re not there yet, the course explains what you need first and the two paths to get there.
