Hello,
It’s been a wild ride over the last month… and the ride isn’t over yet. Because the Father’s Day wave is still rolling.
Over $100k. From mugs and t-shirts. No fancy funnel. No big team. Just me.

How I Find Winning Products Fast
Here’s what helps me find winning products fast. And almost guaranteed.
Amazon.
Yes. Amazon is where I find the winners.
My method to make $100k in sales now looks like this:
- Let PODtomatic upload products to my Amazon account
- Once I have 30+ products in one niche, run Amazon Ads
- Pick the products that start selling
- Tweak those designs, put them on Shopify, and launch Facebook Ads
- SCALE SCALE SCALE!
A Great Question From a Reader
From my last email, I got one really good question from a reader.
He asked:
“As you have lots of sales on Amazon, it’s easy to get the winner. But what if my sales are like 1-2 per product for the last 5 months on Amazon? Do we take this as a ‘winner’ to test on FB?”
Great question. And an important one.
If a product hasn’t made enough sales on Amazon yet, don’t jump to Facebook.
Focus on Amazon Ads first. Make more sales there.
Why Amazon First
Here’s why.
Amazon has a high conversion rate. People who land on Amazon already want to buy.
So if your product can’t sell there with Amazon Ads, it won’t sell on Facebook either.
Make it work on Amazon first.
Not sure how? Check The Tiny Niche Method. I wrote the full steps to launch Amazon Ads in there.
It’s the same method my wife and I use. And the few people inside PODtomatic who have taken action have gotten good results since last year.
Once you have a product that consistently sells through Amazon Ads, pick that one. Put it on your Shopify store. Then promote it with Facebook Ads.
One More Tip: Test Design Variations
Take the quote from your winning product and make a few design variations. Test which one sells best. Sometimes a little styling on the quote brings more sales.
You can do this with AI. I like Ideogram. (Gemini and ChatGPT work well too.) Just use whatever you already pay for. No need for another subscription.
This time, I found some Father’s Day designs that sell well on Amazon. So I put them on my Shopify store.
And I don’t just sell mugs. I put the design on lots of products:
- Black mugs
- Accent mugs
- T-shirts
- Long sleeves
- Hoodies
Then I launch Facebook Ads to all of them.
When I find the ones that convert, I scale.
And since it’s Father’s Day, I scale hard every single day. (Stripe doesn’t pay out on weekends. But Facebook still charges me. Ouch.)
