Hello,

Wow, can you believe the first month of the year is already behind us?

Time flies!

Last month, my team and I made some significant changes in PODtomatic:

  • We migrated millions of designs from PODTurbo to PODtomatic for our active users.
  • We added a new feature that automatically fixes missing images for your Amazon products.

Now, we’re kicking off the Walmart Integration for PODtomatic.

Some of our members have been adding our products to Walmart manually and tell me they’re making good sales. So, it’s clear that adding Walmart to our system is a smart move.

If you’re an active PODtomatic user, head over to the Walmart Seller website and create your account. You’ll be ready to sell products when our integration is complete.

Now, let’s get into the January Sales Report for PODtomatic!

Here are the numbers from January 2024:

(This screenshot was taken on January 31, 2025)

January is usually a slow month because people spent a lot during the holidays.

We made 318 orders for our members, bringing in about $9k in sales.

In January 2022, 2023, and 2024, PODtomatic V1 only made around 200 sales, even with more products and in more marketplaces. So, this is a solid improvement for PODtomatic AI.

Let’s take a look at our sales since we launched PODtomatic AI:

2024:

  • April: 103 sales
  • May: 235 sales
  • June: 227 sales
  • July: 173 sales
  • August: 250 sales
  • September: 255 sales
  • October: 402 sales
  • November: 1,129 sales
  • December: 2,124 sales

2025:

  • January: 318 sales

Even though January is a slower month, it’s still a good sign that we’re seeing higher sales than other months outside of Q4.

We’ve also crossed the $155k mark in total sales!

Once our members can sell on Walmart, I’m confident we’ll see even more sales.

Now, let’s check the stats in my PODtomatic account.

(This screenshot was captured on February 6, 2025.)

So far, PODtomatic has uploaded 62,000 products for me and made 189 sales, worth around $5,710.49.

Here’s how my sales broke down by month:

March - 6 sales

April - 8 sales

May - 14 sales

June - 14 sales

**July - 8 sales **(one order with 3 units!)

August - 8 sales (one order with 4 units!)

September - 10 sales

October: 19 sales (one order with 5 units!)

November: 50 sales (many orders with multiple units… I’m too lazy to check ;P)

**December 2024: **37 sales (I lost by box this month 😔)

January 2025: 13 sales

I didn’t do much with my Amazon account in January.

My sales were pretty good in the first couple of weeks, but after January 18, there were no sales for days.

I figured people might be slowing down on spending after the New Year, so I decided to drop the prices on all my products.

Since January 24, I’ve made at least one sale almost every day from products uploaded by PODtomatic.

In February, I made four sales in just 5 days after lowering the price of my products. Not bad at all for a non-holiday month.

Pricing is key when it’s not a holiday. People aren’t looking to buy as much so that a lower price can attract buyers.

I’ve also researched Amazon recently and decided to focus on FBA again this year.

This is going to be the year for FBA products.

Selling ‘FBA Mugs’ will be easier than before. While I’m unsure about all products, FBA mugs will sell well.

Last year, Amazon introduced the **On-Time Delivery Rate **metric, which makes it hard for non-FBA sellers.

Even if you ship fast, if the carrier is slow, your rating drops.

However, with FBA, Amazon ships the items. So, your account stays safe, even if there’s a delay.

**This gives FBA sellers a big edge over non-FBA products **when it comes to ranking.

I checked some niches I focus on and noticed many changes in the top-selling products. Many new FBA products have joined the top 20 rankings.

It looks like getting our products to be FBA will help them rank better.

I also noticed the number of products in many keywords I track is down. What used to have over 10,000 products is now fewer than 1,000.

It seems many sellers have left the market.

So, this year is a great time to focus on FBA. I’ll pick some of my winning FBM products to send to Amazon and take advantage of this trend.

PODtomatic keeps uploading new products for me, and I’m getting sales from them. I’ll be picking some of those to send to Amazon FBA too.

If you want more sales on Amazon this year, I recommend sending some of your products to Amazon FBA.

Tip: Choose products that have made at least one sale before. Make sure they’re in a medium-sized niche; otherwise, they might be tough to sell.

Alright, that’s it for this email.

I took some time off in January, so I have a lot to catch up on this month.

P.S. If you want to sell print-on-demand products on Amazon this year, now is the perfect time to create them.

*The sooner you start, the better, because Amazon takes time to rank your products. *When you get a sale, turn those products into FBA.

Q4 will be when we see HUGE sales, but that’s only for those with plenty of products in their stores.

If you’ve got winning FBA products, you will succeed.

So, now is the time to let PODtomatic upload products for you. Wait for sales and start building your FBA inventory!
