Hello,
A few weeks ago, I supercharged JessePODMan to optimize over 272,000 of my products on Amazon.
JessePODMan is an AI tool that checks the pictures, titles, descriptions, and bullet points of my products. It rewrites them to be way better.
When I started listing products a long time ago with Gearbubble, PODTurbo, and PODtomatic V1, I used boring, canned templates.
If you’re not sure what a canned template is, it’s when you write something like,
“Absolutely love your order, or contact us, and we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.”
We used that same message for every product.
That’s not good for SEO. It makes all the products look the same.
So, I upgraded JessePODMan to import 270,000+ SKUs and have it check the current listings. It creates new titles, descriptions, and bullet points for all my products.
Imagine this:
- My Dad mugs now have keywords like “Father,” “Daddy,” “Gifts from Son,” and “Ceramic Coffee Mug.”
- My Engineer tumblers feature words like “Chemical,” “Formula,” and “Engineering.”
- My Texas shot glasses include specific keywords like “Texan” and “Y’all.”
These keywords are now in the title, description, or bullet points.
Do you think this will help me get more traffic to my listings?
It’s done for 200,000 products now, and I want to share the results with you.
I found MANY products that never sold before are now making sales!

These are products that just made me sales a few days ago. Most of them had never sold anything before.
Now, I can’t say for sure if it’s all because of the changes from JessePODMan or if the holiday season is helping.
But either way, I’m seeing more sales than ever.
So, if you have lots of products on Amazon with those canned templates, it’s time to optimize.
Just changing the canned templates in your descriptions and bullet points can create more traffic to your products.
You can use JessePODMan (the original version) and optimize your listings manually.
I’m working on a version that allows you to upload a bulk of SKUs for optimization, but it’s not ready for everyone yet.
Right now, it’s just for me. I’m testing it out and will keep you in the loop about it.
Now, let’s talk about the recent performance of PODtomatic for Q4.
I know it’s not a new month, but I want to share it now because things move fast in Q4!
Well, it’s working great. Yesterday, it generated 47 orders for our members and already made 18 orders today.

I see some users making tons of orders even though they just signed up for PODtomatic a month ago.
One user has 6,101 products in PODtomatic and has made 14 orders.

Another made 7 orders from 2,601 uploaded products.

Here’s one more with 22 orders from 15,906 products.

And another user made 6 orders from 4,660 products.

As for my orders this month from PODtomatic V2, I’ve made 17 orders, including some big ones.

Not bad for around 50,000 products that were uploaded over the last 8 months.
Most of the sales lately are from ornaments. They’re the top-sellers in the past 30 days with PODtomatic.

So, if you haven’t uploaded any products to your Amazon account yet, start with ornaments. You’ll see sales quickly this holiday season.
Just remember, sales don’t always line up perfectly.
It also depends on factors like the buy box, product price, shipping costs, and delivery times, which can vary between seller accounts.
But yes, this business model can lead to long-term success.
When you have more products, some sales history, and good customer reviews, you’ll see more consistent sales.
That’s it for this email.
I’m getting back to work on JessePODMan now.

P.S. Are there people who want to use JessePODMan to optimize products in bulk?
I’m looking for testers. If you’re interested, reply and let me know. Once it’s ready, I’ll let you try optimizing 500 products for free.
